Walking

Here is valuable information on the benefits of walking, contributed by Johanna Diamond of React Physical Therapy. Jo has been my physical therapist for the last year and has guided me back to health and much improved movement. When I first saw Jo, I had issues with both knees and a long standing ankle injury and today I exercise five days a week and some days, between exercise and my job, I log 17-18,000 steps.
