It seems like I speak to someone who has injured themselves playing pickleball or hear about someone doing the same every day. I am republishing this article as a result. Pickleball is a great activity and becoming more popular all the time. Let’s make sure we are doing everything we can to stay healthy, especially if we haven’t competed in an athletic activity in some time.
