Movement
Meredith, of Senior Fitness with Meredith, offers us a 10 minute video that is a full body workout for those of us dealing with arthritis or inflammation. It is safely performed seated in a folding chair and is an excellent warmup to begin each day that treats all of our joints, from head to toe.
