Foot Health. Emory University Healthcare offers ten tips for taking care of our feet as we age. Number ten is see a podiatrist regularly. This is something I had not done unless I went for a problem I was having until this last year. I went for a routine checkup and it was well worth it. If my feet are hurting, everything else seems to be affected also. I think you will find these tips useful.

Metabolic Health. We are visiting this subject again as it is so important to our overall health and prevention of chronic disease. We will repeat, 75% of senior citizens 65 and over have one chronic disease, and 50% have two.
